In September 2019, Disney held its Greater China kick-off meeting, giving their Chinese partners first-hand insights into Disney 2020. The meeting was our "biggest" project of the year, as we received 3,000 Disney staff and partners in West Bund, Shanghai. The journey extended beyond West Bund. We coordinated transportation within Shanghai, as well as, hosting a VVIP banquet the same night at the Langham hotel.
When you had 3,000 expected guests, safety and smooth experience were on the top of our list. Of course, we had to sprinkle some magic on top of the finishes.
